Captains’ Meetings - Each season Volley’s will hold captains’ meetings one week before the first week of play where we welcome past and new team captains. In these meetings we give an league orientation to in which each team captain will receive their respective team’s schedule for the first few weeks, a waiver form for each member of their team that is to be filled out, and a run-down of updated league rules. We will also make time in this meeting for captain’s to voice their comments and/or concerns pertaining to volleyball league play and rules.

Volley’s ONE-TIME Membership Fee - Each volleyball player that registers to play in a Volley’s league is required to pay a one-time yearly membership fee of $8, prior to the first week of volleyball play. For paying this membership fee, every player will receive a Trophy’s/Volley’s VIP Membership card that can be used when purchasing food or beverage items from Trophy’s/Volley’s Sports Bar and Grill. Each time this card is used, 6% of the respective bill will be added back in restaurant/bar credit as future use of
payment. Due to this membership being only a one-time transaction, if a person registers to play on an additional team in any of the sports offered at Volley’s, s/he will not be required to pay this fee again within the corresponding year.

Playoffs - For all sports at Volleys, playoffs will be held during the last week of the season. The number of teams that make the playoffs will be based on tournament time availability.

Tournaments - Volley’s will hold volleyball and flag football tournaments at various times throughout each season. Volleyball tournaments consist of Beverage-In-Hand, Blind, and Regular-Play. These
tournament formats will be single and double elimination depending on the number of team entries for each tournament. Flag Football tournaments will consist of regular 7-on-7 play and will be held prior to the start of the flag football season.
